Under the terms of the agreement, Stellar will provide call centre outsourcing
services to support various phases of share market floats and demutualisation's for
the share registry services provider's clients. Financial details of the agreement
were not disclosed.

Stellar has already completed three short-term campaigns for the company, and
additional campaigns will be rapidly implemented to suit their client's
requirements.

to ramp up and down for campaigns at short notice. Due to the nature of the
demutualisations and share floats, Stellar receives the full details of the
campaigns with only a few days notice due to commercial confidentiality reasons.
